MASALA DALIA VEGETABLE KICHADI

INGREDIENTS
- Ghee 25 ml
- Cumin Seeds 5 gm
- Green Chili 3 gm
- Ginger 5 gm
- Carrot (chopped) 15 gm
- White Onion (chopped) 25 gm
- French Beans 15 gm
- Turmeric Powder 5 gm
- Broken Wheat 150 gm
- Green Peas 15 gm
- Tomato (chopped) 15 gm
- Salt to taste
- Coriander (chopped) for garnish
METHOD
- Take pot and add ghee and cumin seeds on medium flame.
- Then add the vegetable and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the spices and mix well.
- Add water and broken wheat to the mixture and cook till the wheat becomes soft.
- To be served hot with ghee and jaggery.
- Garnished it with freshly chopped coriander.
