SUMMER MOCKTAILS (COCONUT POMEGRANATE FRESCA)

INGREDIENTS:
- Coconut water
- Pomegranate Juice
- Mint Leaves
- Juice of One Lime
- Sparkling Water or Soda Water
- Crushed Ice
METHOD:
- Muddle mint leaves in a glass to extract the aromas.
- Add lime juice.
- Add coconut water and pomegranate juice.
- Top up with sparkling water or soda water.
- Garnish it with a mint sprig.
