SUMMER MOCKTAILS (COCONUT POMEGRANATE FRESCA)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Coconut water
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Mint Leaves
  • Juice of One Lime
  • Sparkling Water or Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice

METHOD:

  • Muddle mint leaves in a glass to extract the aromas.
  • Add lime juice.
  • Add coconut water and pomegranate juice.
  • Top up with sparkling water or soda water.
  • Garnish it with a mint sprig.
