ALMOND & SPINACH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk                                                                               200 ml
  • Whole Raw Almonds                                                   12-18 nos
  • Fresh Spinach Leaves                                                  8-10 nos
  • A pinch of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg and crushed Black Pepper Corns.

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
