ALMOND & SPINACH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
- Milk 200 ml
- Whole Raw Almonds 12-18 nos
- Fresh Spinach Leaves 8-10 nos
- A pinch of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg and crushed Black Pepper Corns.
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
